Brian Bonar is a Mergers and Acquisitions Wizard

Brian Bonar is a highly seasoned finance guru. He’s also an investor who has a promising and established career in the industry. He lives and works in San Diego, California. Bonar has two different positions at the moment.

He works for both Dalrada Financial Services and Trucept. He’s the chairman and CEO for these companies. Dalrada Financial is in San Diego proper. Trucept, on the other hand, is in Escondido. Escondido is part of San Diego’s picturesque North County. It’s approximately 30 miles away from all the action in the city’s bustling downtown section.

Bonar’s role at Dalrada Financial Services involves devising effective and efficient management and sales techniques. He’s been part of this company since the summer of 1999. His role at Trucept is slightly different.

Brian Bonar focuses mostly on insurance and temporary staffing matters at this firm. Although his roles at his two companies are different, they’re alike in many ways as well. Bonar’s objective every day is to work on growth openings via human beings.

He likes to do this by concentrating on innovation. Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are a particularly big area of concentration for this noted finance professional.

Bonar also had positions with ITEC Image Technologies, Allegiant Professional Business Services, Adaptec, QMS, the Rastek Corporation and Bezier Systems. His jobs at all of these companies came with many diverse duties.

When Bonar worked for Bezier Systems, his priority was to introduce an exciting printer that revolved around SCSI (Small Computer System Interfaces). When he worked for the Rastek Corporation, his priority was to handle any concerns that involved printing technology sales all throughout the globe.

Although Bonar is a true mergers and acquisitions wizard, he’s lucky to have many other notable specialties, too. People can always turn to Bonar for information regarding subjects such as turn around management, competitive evaluations, executive management, private equity, business development, venture capital, business planning, management consulting, IPO (initial public offerings), strategic partnerships and lead generation. Bonar is also extremely well-versed in the world of startup organizations.

Bonar received his education at two educational institutions. He attended both Stafford University and James Watt Technical College. He learned a lot about mechanical engineering during his experiences at both schools.
